After receiving the goods, the consumer is obliged to immediately check their status and compliance. Complaints relating to the conformity of the products, even in relation to their quantity and / or appearance must be made by sending an email to [email protected] within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the Product, specifying the motivation of the complaint and the solution that you want to request: the return or replacement.

In both cases, the consumer will be required to return the Product to the address indicated below within the same period of 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery of the item.

Return fees will initially be payd by the consumer. After Rumjungle Italia will have made a substantial verification of the integrity of the property to be returned, will repay the same to the consumer.

The returned product must be:

- Properly packaged in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not spoiled, damaged or dirty) and provided with all accessories and documentation (including tags and labels);

- Accompanied by the transport document (included in the original package), so as to allow Rumjungle Italia to identify the consumer (Order number, name and address);

- Without evident signs of use, except those that are compatible with the operation of a normal test article. They must not have a trace of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) and should be in a status that allow the resale.

If the returned Product is not compiant to the requirements of the preceding paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective and the shipping charges will not be refunded to the Consumer.  

If Rumjungle Italia finds flaws and defects on the purchased product, the consumer may require the replacement of the same. Depending on the cases, Rumjungle Italia will carry out the required replacements within a reasonable period after the receipt of the request of the consumer. The costs are payd entirely by Rumjungle Italia, including those for the delivery of the returned product, which will then be refunded to the Consumer.  

If, however, you only need a replacement size or color (EXCHANGE), the charges will be partially payd by the consumer (for the return of the goods to Rumjungle Italia) and in part by Rumjungle Italia (for the new shipment to replace the product in the new color/size choosen by the consumer).

Where, moreover, you simply want to make a Return with economic Refund of the cost of the product, for any of the above reasons, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

This Agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation and execution of this Agreement, shall be in charge the Court of Rome.


How will I receive my refund on the amount?

Once approved the RETURN, you will receive the amount whit the same method you initially made your purchase.


When will I receive my refund on the amount?

Once approved the RETURN (items must be in perfect condition with internal labels and tags)  you will receive an e-mail to confirm you that the amount will be refunded within a few days. 


What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Simply contact our customer service and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Rumjungle Italia reserves the right to refuse refunds communicated or sent after the predetermined period of time or the ones related to those items that do not have the same original conditions.
