Is possible to return an item?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item purchased, in its original condition with labels / tags attached, within 15 days from the delivery date and decide whether to ask for a refund or an exchange.

Is possible to return any product except jewel accessories. Jewels from RJone collection and Watches by Wynntime collection, instead, are returnable.
How does the return work?

It’s important to include in the package the purchase receipt, and the return form duly completed,. You can find both in the original package. On Return Form, the Customer must indicate the reasons for return and preferences regarding the chosen solution: refund or replacement of the product.
The shipping costs of return are borne by the customer?
Yes, they are borne by the customer and will not be refunded, unless the return is made for Defective Product.
How does it work if I choose the refund as solution?
Once we receive your return and verified that the conditions of the product are the original, we will make a refund of the entire cost incurred during the purchase, using the same method of payment used by the customer during the purchase.
How does it work if I choose the replacement as solution?
Simply indicate on the return form at least three replacement options (in order of preference). Is possible to make a change with the same item in a different size, either with another article, possibly of equal price.
